Cardiovascular Toxicity Prediction for TCM |
This software system is a part of an international cooperation project funded by The Ministry of Technology and Science of the People’s Republic of China. It is based on the theory of topological structure similarity and it can be very helpful for application and globalization of TCM. When users retrieve one TCM in this softwaresystem, similarity search will be done in several seconds, which is between structures of ingredients from the searched TCM and structures with cardiovascular toxic effects. Results which fit the similarity degree (above 0.9 and can be changed) will be sent back. It is that some structures of ingredients from one TCM may be similar to structures with cardiovascular toxic effect.
